VOLKSBIER is the beer we tribute to the most popular conviviality, our homage to this style, so beautiful and hard to brew. Straw yellow, crispy, stright pils. We do believe in the power of time so we lager it more than 3 months, in order to let it condition correctly. This elegant pils, with bright, creamy and persistent foam, come up with Floral and slightly spicy aroma and some sulphury hints proper of the style . The flavour side carries a subtle character of crusty bread, malt, honey and ends up with a slightly bitter dry/mid-dry finish to accomplish the next sip.
