CLÀSSICA is a refreshing light bodied cascade single hop pale ale. Deep amber colored with a learl-like thin foam. Well carbonated, with subtle citric and nutty, caramel, biscuit aroma. The complex malt body is rich in red fruits, cookie and toasty notes combined with delicate citric notes and a slightly bitter finish giving a easy to drink beer but never banal.
