The Almogàver idea was born in 2001. The beer scene in our country was, at the time, bleak. A black and white landscape flooded by monolithic-style industrial beer, dominated by giant companies, with millionaire advertising campaigns where the product had a relative, secondary importance … These were times when , at home, there was a widespread and practically absolute ignorance about what was really a beer.
A visit to a microbrewery in the USA will break our patterns…, we have to bring this back home!
